What's inside

• More calcium, for a faster-growing body — 350mg of ultra-fine calcium citrate per sachet.
• Vitamin K2 and D3 together — K2 in the patented MK-7 form, paired with D3. Calcium and vitamin D contribute to normal bone and tooth development.
• 300mg L-lysine, with arginine, leucine and tryptophan — Four amino acids, including two the body cannot produce on its own.

How to use

1. Shake the sachet firmly for 10–15 seconds.
2. Tear and drink directly, or stir into milk, juice or food.
3. Evening, or about an hour before bed.

Daily amount: Ages 6–18: 1–2 sachets a day

A note on taste

This one is slightly bitter, and we've chosen not to hide it. The lysine, cartilage peptide and calcium citrate are all dosed at full strength, and we don't use artificial flavouring — only natural blueberry extract. We could have made it sweeter. We'd have had to make it weaker.
